Bob is the IT Effectiveness Practice Leader at SDLC Partners. For the last 25 years he has demonstrated success in guiding organizations to the achievement of key objectives through the development and implementation of solutions that optimize business processes, leverage technology and enhance overall business performance. Prior to joining SDLC Partners, Bob spent 16 years at Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in their consulting practice.
Bob brings strong business acumen with a focus of making an impact on an enterprise level in contributing towards the execution of mission-critical initiatives. He brings advanced proficiency in scoping, planning and executing process improvement and software development projects. His client work includes process redesign, establishing and managing PMOs, program and project management, IT strategy and assessment, and application selection and implementation.
Bob has a BA from Dickinson College and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
