While we typically hire experienced resources that can add immediate value, we also believe strongly in keeping our young talent in the region. That’s why we started “Community Sourcing” – a program focused on hiring recent college grads with business and technology related degrees. The program’s purpose is two fold; provide clients an option for managing costs, and a mechanism to integrate and mentor younger talent that wishes to stay in the Pittsburgh region. In the end, the program stays true to our core purpose of providing value for our clients, employees, and company.
