While we typically hire experienced resources that can add immediate value, we also believe strongly in keeping our young talent in the region. That’s why we started “Community Sourcing” – a program focused on hiring recent college grads with business and technology related degrees. The program’s purpose is two fold; provide clients an option for managing costs, and a mechanism to integrate and mentor younger talent that wishes to stay in the Pittsburgh region.
